Pilates

This course will help you to strengthen those deep core muscles and teach awareness of breathing. There will be a focus on the muscles that support the spine and help to maintain posture. You will receive specific coaching from our qualified instructor with a focus on gradual progression.

Cardio Strength

A mix of strength and cardio exercises. The class will change week by week with the aim of burning calories and building a stronger fitter you. Classes may include circuits, boxing, HIIT and body weight training. Suitable for beginners and intermediate.
